Cook I (Brew Brothers)

Brew Brothers is seeking a Cook to prepare and present high-quality food in a fast-paced restaurant and entertainment environment. This position is responsible for preparing menu items according to recipe and presentation standards, maintaining food quality and safety, and supporting an exceptional guest experience.

• Previous food service, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Ability to follow recipes, preparation procedures, and food safety standards.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and guest service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of basic food handling, sanitation, and health code requirements.
• Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, ovens, and other food preparation equipment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to work in a kitchen environment with varying temperatures.
• Must maintain regular attendance and demonstrate reliability and accountability.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and specifications.
• Operate kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, ovens, and other food preparation equipment.
• Ensure food is prepared consistently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Stock and replenish food products and workstation supplies as needed.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
• Follow all health department regulations and company food safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide a positive and professional experience for guests and fellow team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
