- Expert experience working with GenAI and LLM tools (i.e. GPT, BERT)
- Tangible experience working with ETL, relational databases, NoSQL or MongoDB.
- Worked on Vertex AI and good experience on Voice AI conversation

- Nuance IVR/Microsoft
