In particolare, entrando a far parte del TeamEnterprise Platforms, sarai coinvolta/o in progetti di implementazione in ambitoSAP FI(Financial Accounting) per clienti delSettore Pubblico, contribuendo all’analisi dei requisiti e alladefinizione della soluzione a supporto dei processi amministrativo-contabili e delle attività di chiusura.
Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:
Raccolta e analisi dei requisiti attraversoworkshopeintervistecon le strutture Business e IT del cliente.
Supporto al disegno del modello to-be e allaprogettazionedella soluzione SAP più idonea, in coerenza con i processi e i vincoli del contesto pubblico.
Configurazione (customizing) diSAP FIe collaborazione con il team progettuale per garantire la coerenza della soluzione end-to-end, incluse eventuali integrazioni con altri moduli o sistemi.
Redazione e aggiornamento delladocumentazione funzionalee tecnico-funzionale, comprendenteprocessi, specifiche, tracciabilità requisiti.
Esecuzione e supporto allefasi di test(SIT/UAT), supportoalle attività dicutover, go-live e stabilizzazione post avvio.
Supporto, ove previsto, alle attività dipreparazionee migrazione dei dati,nonché allericonciliazionicontabili in ambito Finance.
Lavorerai a stretto contatto con clienti delsettore pubblico, in contesti di Pubblica Amministrazione centrale e locale, enti regolatori, sanità, istruzione e società a partecipazione pubblica.

- Hai maturato1–3 anni di esperienzasu progettiimplementativi in ambitoSAPcon focus suSAP FI
Hai maturato esperienza nelle attivitàdi analisi dei requisiti, supporto al disegno della soluzione, customizing, esecuzione dei test e supporto al go‑live inprogetti di implementazioneorollout.
Possiedi una buona conoscenza dei principali ambiti diconfigurazioneFI (FI/GL, FI/AP, FI/AR, FI/AA); l’esposizione alleintegrazionicon CO, MM e SD rappresenta un plus.
Buona conoscenza della linguainglese.

In particular, by joining theEnterprise Platforms Team, you will be involved inSAP FI (Financial Accounting)implementation projects forPublic Sector clients, contributing to requirements analysis and to defining solutions that support administrative and accounting processes and period-end closing activities.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Gatheringandanalyzing requirementsthrough workshops and interviews with the client’s Business and IT teams.
Supporting the designof the target operating model (to-be) and the definition of the most suitable SAP solution, in line with processes and constraints typical of the public sector.
Configuring(customizing)SAP FIand collaborating with the project team to ensure end-to-end solution consistency, including any integrations with other modules or systems.
Producingandmaintainingfunctional and techno-functional documentation, including process documentation, specifications, and requirements traceability.
Executingandsupporting testing phases(SIT/UAT), as well as supporting cutover, go-live, and post go-live stabilization activities.
Supporting, where required,data preparationand migration activities, as well as Finance-related accounting reconciliations.
You will work closely withPublic Sectorclients in contexts such as central and local Public Administration, regulatory bodies, healthcare, education, and publicly owned companies.

This opportunity is a great fit for you if:
You have2–4 yearsof experience on SAP implementation projects with a focus onSAP FI.
You have experience in requirementsanalysis, solutiondesignsupport,customizing, test execution, andgo-livesupport within implementation or rollout projects.
You have a solid knowledge of the mainFI configuration areas(FI/GL, FI/AP, FI/AR, FI/AA); exposure to integrations with CO, MM, and SD is a plus.
You have a good command ofEnglish.
