What You Will Do
You will leverage your passion for digital work to help clients reinvent the core of their businesses.Working within a team of typically three to five consultants, you will shape and lead end-to-end digital transformations across business, technology, processes, and people. You will gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop practical recommendations that create meaningful value for clients. You will also present your findings to client leadership and work closely with client teams to implement solutions and drive lasting impact.You will create real-world impact through technology by solving complex challenges that matter to our clients and their organizations. You will identify technology-driven opportunities across a variety of industries, helping clients unlock business value by combining trusted relationships with innovative solutions. As part of McKinsey Digital, you will collaborate with a diverse global network of experts and technologists while participating in problem-solving sessions with cross-functional teams and senior client leaders to help shape their digital strategies.Throughout your journey, you will continuously develop your expertise and grow as a technology leader. Your Background
- Undergraduate degree computer science, telecommunications, or another engineering/technical related field preferred
- 1+ years of work experience
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Willingness to travel
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
