Optis Consulting is actively seeking a Consultant to join our Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary, or Montreal team. The Consultant will lead a small team of consultants in assessing and selecting the best Source-to-Pay solution for our customers. The Consultant will lead the development of solutions by interviewing key stakeholders, gathering, and organizing information, analyzing data, mapping processes, configuring software, coordinating activities, and preparing reports that summarize findings.We need our Consultants to be confident, versatile and passionate, with an ability to tackle new problems as we continue to help our customers to improve. They must be logical thinkers, and have a strong ability to collaborate as part of a team and manage ambiguous or uncertain situations. They must have exceptional communication skills, be adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership.RESPONSIBILITIESStakeholder identification and analysisChange identification and impact analysisAssess the client organization’s change readiness, maturity, and attributes via project sponsors, stakeholders, and change team assessmentsContribute to change strategies creation based on client readiness and desired future S2P stateBuild and develop a Change Management organization to support stakeholders through each of the implementation phasesCollaborate with project and workstream leads to determine and define communication needs and methodsFacilitate the design and delivery of training content, materials, and knowledge transfer to client's stakeholders and suppliersDeliver regular project updates, information, and communication to the wider client organization and project teamProvide updates and reports to project and executive sponsors, as well as other stakeholders involved.REQUIREMENTS2+ years of relevant experience in a consulting/professional services environment, or the procurement department of a company. 1+ years of experience working with market-leading Source to Pay solutions, such as SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa and GEP.Experience leading small projects. University degree or diploma in Supply Chain Operations, Information Technology Management, Business Operations Management, or International Business Management. Intermediate to Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is an asset.SKILLS & ABILITIESTeam player with strong problem-solving skills and a 'can do' attitude. Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.Strong written and oral skills are required, including an ability to clearly explain complex concepts.Experienced with delivery and public speaking.
