We're seeking a highly experienced professional who understands residential construction, excels at customer service, and can independently manage a busy service schedule with confidence and minimal supervision.If you're organized, proactive, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy solving problems while delivering exceptional customer service, we'd like to meet you.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding service, warranty, and repair requests.Schedule and coordinate daily service appointments for window, door, and hardware repairs.Dispatch service technicians efficiently while optimizing schedules.Coordinate with installers, vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers.Order and track materials required for service work.Monitor service tickets from initial request through completion.Keep homeowners informed of schedules, timelines, and project updates.Resolve scheduling conflicts and service issues professionally and independently.Maintain accurate records, service documentation, and job status updates.Manage multiple service requests while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout every service interaction.Required QualificationsMinimum 4 years of experience as a Service Coordinator in residential construction, window and door, glazing, remodeling, or a related home services industry.Strong working knowledge of residential construction practices, windows, doors, and architectural hardware.Proven experience scheduling and dispatching field technicians.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to prioritize work and operate independently with minimal supervision.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Intermediate computer skills are required, including email, spreadsheets, scheduling software, and document management.Experience using Mac computers and iOS devices is highly preferred.Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.What We OfferCompetitive payImmediate full-time employmentGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) planPaid Holidays401(k) retirement planComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceStable, growing company with an excellent reputation in the residential construction industrySmall, team-oriented environment where your work makes a meaningful impactMinimal micromanagement—we trust experienced professionals to take ownership of their responsibilitiesCollaborative and supportive workplaceExcellent opportunities for professional growth, leadership, and career advancement as our company continues to expand.Join Our TeamWe're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, communicates professionally, and can keep a busy service department running efficiently.
