Project & Cost Controls: Monitors approved project budgets and oversees project controls (PERs, PSRs, change orders, pay apps), identifying risks and recommending adjustments to maintain financial discipline. Program Delivery & Results: Facilitates delivery of campus and metro-based construction projects through timely, ‑data driven ‑decision-making‑ in partnership with local teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment to Safety, Security, Quality, Schedule, and Cost priorities. Technical & Construction Oversight: Reviews engineering documentation, designs, and site plans; identifies gaps and risks; and provides recommendations that improve constructability while adhering to security core priorities and standards. Resource, Procurement & Vendor Management: Oversees procurement and resourcing activities, evaluates staffing and material needs, and monitors vendor performance for compliance, financial accuracy, and contractual obligations. Project Tracking & Executive Reporting: Assists in tracking and reporting project progress across scope, schedule, standards, and budget, synthesizing complex data into clear updates for delivery and executive audiences. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years related experience Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years related experience OR equivalent experience. 12+ years experience working on data center projects. Experience working with data center project leases. Experience working with electrical utility providers. Project Management Professional (PMP) and Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification. Experience with project management methodologies, included but not limited to Waterfall OR Agile certification, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
