Coach and train staff on technical matters within their product specialization
Resolution of technical cases including preparation of PCA Position Papers
Monitoring of CC Manila internal KPIs for product groups (i.e. WIPs, execution of initial assessment and certificate processing)
Ensures correct and timely Certificate of Conformity (CoC) issuance in relation to the productivity and quality targets of the Certification Center.
Performs research/risk profiling of products and exporters to propose Registration and Licensing (R&L)
Assess product and/or exporter risk levels, identification of product essential requirements and applicable standards following the Business Rules on conformity assessment, import eligibility and process flows, Product Instructions (CAIs), and other related reference
Qualifications
BS Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or Cosmetic Science
With minimum of 2 years cosmetics regulatory/compliance experience
Demonstrated expertise in cosmetic regulations
Knowledge of ingredient safety assessment and labeling compliance
Able to provide final technical decisions and mentor analysts
Comfortable handling escalations with regulators, affiliates, and clients
Preferably with background on the following fields:
