Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager – MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing commercial operations, contract administration, cost management, budgeting, and financial control of large-scale MEP projects.Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all commercial aspects of MEP projects from initiation to completion.- Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting for project activities.- Manage contracts, variations, claims, and subcontractor agreements.- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on commercial matters.- Review project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets and project objectives.- Monitor project progress and identify commercial risks and mitigation strategies.- Prepare and review commercial reports, payment applications, and final accounts.- Support procurement and vendor evaluation processes related to MEP works.- Review AutoCAD drawings and project documentation for commercial and coordination purposes.- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and project requirements.Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering is mandatory.- Minimum 15+ years of experience in contracting companies.- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.- Strong understanding of commercial management, contracts, cost control, and project finance.- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple commercial priorities and project deadlines effectively.Benefits- Salary with benefits as per industry standards.- Opportunity to work with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE.Immediately available candidates will be given preference.
