As a Coax Installation & Repair Technician, you will install, repair, and maintain coaxial cable systems for residential and commercial customers in the Columbus and Cleveland, OH areas. This hands-on role is ideal for technicians who take pride in their workmanship, value safety and accuracy, and want to grow within the broadband and telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform residential installations and repairs for video, internet, and phone services
  • Troubleshoot and repair coax systems using appropriate signal meters and diagnostic tools
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and job site safety
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily service goals
  • Represent Triage Partners professionally with customers, providing excellent service and communication
  • Work in various weather conditions and at heights as required
  • Use job management systems and mobile applications to document completed work accurately

  • Your own Viavi 620 meter (or similar) \u2013 required
  • Local to the Columbus, OH area \u2013 required
