- Will calculate income and run number for loans to make sure viable
- Review and analyze complex tax returns, self-employed income, rental properties, partnership returns, K-1s, and other non-traditional income sources.
- Order appraisals
- Collect and review client documentation
- Submit loans documentation to processing (Submission form, Intent to proceed, LDP/GSA, Net Tangible)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for borrowers, agents and internal operations teams throughout the loan process.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact loan approval or closing timelines.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while managing a large and active pipeline.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Active NMLS license required.
- Minimum 3+ years of recent mortgage industry experience required
- Proven experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced mortgage environment
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, compliance requirements, and loan processes.
- Advanced income calculation skills required, including experience with self-employed borrowers and complex income analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to independently review loan scenarios, identify potential qualifying concerns, and recommend solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Active NMLS license required.Minimum 3+ years of recent mortgage industry experience requiredProven experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced mortgage environmentStrong understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, compliance requirements, and loan processes.Advanced income calculation skills required, including experience with self-employed borrowers and complex income analysis.Demonstrated ability to independently review loan scenarios, identify potential qualifying concerns, and recommend solutions.Exceptional prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Experience with Byte and other LOS software preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Excellent communication skills both written and oral.Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment.High level of integrity and confidentiality required.Ability to succeed in a hybrid or remote work environment. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:Direct Reports: NA PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONSThis role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required. COMPENSATION: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $54,000 to $64,000 annually plus possible per file bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant mortgage industry experience, skills, education, certifications, geographic location (where applicable), market conditions, and internal equity. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
