Staff NPI Product Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of product launches within the Cloud Memory Business Unit. This role ensures alignment among engineering, operations, supply chain, and customer teams to handle sample demand, product readiness, and supply, enabling successful product launches through strong execution, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination. ### ### Minimum Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering, product management, NPI, or related roles * Shown experience supporting new product introductions (sampling, qualification, or production ramp) * Strong execution and program management skills in high-volume, meticulous environments * Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and supply chain * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication in fast-paced environments ### ### Desired Qualifications * Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related technical field * Experience with memory technologies (DDR, HBM, LPDDR, GDDR, etc.) or high-volume semiconductor products * Familiarity with planning and execution systems (e.g., SAP, TeamCenter, Power BI) * Experience using data analytics or AI-enabled tools to improve operations and decision-making * Ability to work effectively across global teams and complex supply chains * Exposure to demand planning, supply management, and product lifecycle execution * Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate risks/tradeoffs * Continuous improvement mindset with experience enhancing processes, tools, or reporting Business Operations 4 Relocation Level: TBD Before Getting Started Please review Micron’s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
