And if you have any of these, even better • Strong technical knowledge of motor insurance claims, including insurance principles such as indemnity and subrogation, liability assessment, vehicle and property damage claims, relevant case law, industry protocols and The Road Traffic Act.• Proven experience managing an active claims caseload, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively, demonstrate sound commercial judgement, make logical claims decisions and take ownership within agreed authority levels.• Excellent investigation, negotiation and problem-solving skills, including experience identifying and investigating potential motor fraud, assessing liability and delivering solutions that meet both customer and business needs.• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across a range of customers and third parties, explain complex information clearly, demonstrate empathy in challenging situations and confidently utilise multiple IT systems to manage claims effectively.We welcome applications from everyone.
