Job description
Operate and monitor chillers, chilled water pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and related HVAC equipment.Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on chillers and associated HVAC systems.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-system faults and restore equipment to normal operating condition.Monitor plant parameters, identify abnormal conditions, maintain service records, and coordinate with shift teams for uninterrupted operations.RequirementsHigh School Diploma with a 3-year Mechanical/HVAC technical course, Diploma in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 2–10 years of relevant HVAC/chiller experience, depending on the position level.Hands-on experience with centrifugal, screw, and absorption chillers and large-scale HVAC/chiller plants.Good knowledge of AHUs, FCUs, VFDs, chilled water pumps, cooling towers, BMS, control systems, and HVAC drawings/schematics.Experience with Trane, Carrier, York, or McQuay/Daikin chillers; manufacturer training or certification is an added advantage.Immediate JoiningOperate and monitor chillers, chilled water pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and related HVAC equipment.Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on chillers and associated HVAC systems.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-system faults and restore equipment to normal operating condition.Monitor plant parameters, identify abnormal conditions, maintain service records, and coordinate with shift teams for uninterrupted operations.
