Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. 【職務内容】 ・Facility部門で使用する各種化学薬品供給設備の運転/日常管理 ・担当設備の定期メンテナンス、計画作成、点検実施、在庫確保、故障予防の保全全般対応 ・供給設備のトラブル対応及び原因分析支援、エンジニアと連帯して原因分析及び是正事項実施、設備TPM/改善活動 ・新規設備導入や旧設備撤去において、現場での作業支援、工事立会い、安全確認 ・化学薬品の受入/保管/供給において品質維持や誤運用防止のための運転手順書、点検基準書などの技術文書作成/維持管理 ・装置メーカー、工事会社、社内関係部門(生産設備/EHS/PSM/購買部門等)との技術的な調整/連帯対応 ・法令/社内規定を遵守した安全管理、変更管理、監査対応への支援 【必須要件】 ・現象に基づく基本的な問題解決スキルを有し、定型的なトラブルは適時対応する。 ・チーム内外の関係者と適切なコミュニケーションがとれ、連携した業務の遂行が出来る。 ・基礎的な化学/機械関連して学ぶ姿勢と意欲がある。 ・基礎的なMicrosoft Office(Excel/Word/Power point)スキルを有する。 ・社内外のステークホルダーと会話できる日本語能力を有する。Must Japanese communication skill 【歓迎要件】 ・過去化学、機械、半導体業界での職務経験がある。もしくは理系の高等学校卒業、理系の専門学校卒業により基礎教育を受けたことがある。 ・基礎的な化学/機械関連、日常業務や指示に基づいた現状と計画が説明できる。 ・英語を使用する機会は少ないが、英語の会話/メールができる人、英語を学ぶ意欲のある人は歓迎する。 【勤務時間】 日勤 8:30～17:15 Using AI experience: Our workplace embraces AI, and employees actively utilize AI tools in their day-to-day work.
