They serve various industries from the manufacturing, textile, food, automotive and hospitality sectors as well as supplying direct products to consumers Australia wide.Their team comprises of experienced sales people, qualified chemists and service technicians that assist with: Inventory controlMicrobiological sampling of critical areas within Health Care, Hospitality and Food Processing establishmentsMonitoring of product concentrations in customers soak tanks, baths and dosing systems Product modifications to cater for the specific needs of major customersThe supply, installation and maintenance of the appropriate dosing equipment by an experienced Service TechnicianThe compiling and introduction of training programmes for customer personnelTotal Quality Management system based on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015Tasks:Machine operation: Processing of product in accordance with the production schedule and SOP for product manufacture Advising the Supervisor when maintenance is required or reporting a faultManufacture and packaging of potential and existing productsOperate and maintain small batch production equipment; weigh, measure and check raw materialsEnsure that manufactured batches contain the proper ingredients and quantitiesMaintain recordsClean production areas to comply with regulatory requirements, good manufacturing practices and standard operating proceduresIn-process testing to make sure that batches meet product specificationsPlanning, scheduling, and coordinating the final approval of products the production cycle including re-worked productCoordinates production plans with Operations ManagerCoordinates with all departmentsAssist in R & D duties as required
