. 1. Initiating Training Needs Identification process annually as per Central Manufacturing Academy guidelines and obtain TNI#s from employees.2. Preparing & releasing Annual / Monthly Calendar3. Overall Co-ordination for Class-room program delivery at LC as per Event Calendar4. Record keeping of Attendance, Feedback forms of participants in classroom delivery5. Maintenance/ upkeep of Infrastructure at LC6. Coordinate Apprentices# engagement, training and related documentation/MIS7. Coordinate Rewards & Recognition Programs like Teacher Day/ Faculty felicitation.8. Coordinate for development of Site and Plant specific learning content . 9. Coordinate audit of LC activities with visiting auditors.10. Explore ways of improving LC experience by adopting new technology 11. Preparing monthly/yearly LC highlights
