ResponsibilitiesDeliver type rating training, recurrent training, proficiency checks, and skill tests in accordance with regulatory and company standards.Objectively assess pilot performance against EASA requirements and VistaJet operating procedures.Ensure consistency and integrity in training and assessment across all pilots.Deliver base training as required, maintaining the highest safety and instructional standards.Develop and reinforce pilot competency in VistaJet Standard Operating Procedures and operational philosophy.Motivate and elevate crew members to consistently perform at the highest standard.Complete all training documentation, reports, and records accurately and in a timely manner.Provide clear, structured, and constructive debriefings following training and assessment events.Exercise instructor / examiner privileges, including the endorsement of licences and training records, in full compliance with applicable regulations.Actively participate in instructor and examiner standardisation programmes.Support additional operational, training, or project-based activities in line with business needs.
