Oversee retail financing partnerships, dealer network performance, and brand campaigns.· Operational Excellence:Oversee manufacturing efficiency, supply chain optimization, and quality control to meet production and delivery goals.· Financial Oversight:Manage divisional P&L, budgets, and investments to ensure financial health and return on capital.· Team Leadership:Build, coach, and empower a high-performing leadership team across Sales, Dealer network Development, Sales Operation & Marketing.· Stakeholder Engagement:Represent VinFast E-Scooter with government agencies, strategic partners, and global collaborators in sustainability and EV innovation. 4Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications· Strong background in the two-wheeler or broader mobility industry, with a solid understanding of local and regional markets.· Minimum 15 years of leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a C-suite or business-unit head role.· Proven success in P&L management, strategic execution, and organizational scaling.· Expertise in corporate finance, manufacturing operations, and global supply chains.· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, multicultural teams and drive results under pressure.· Excellent relationship-building skills with dealers, distributors, and business partners.· Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.· Fluent in English 5.
