CEO

Job Scope

The CEO will set the overall vision and direction of the company regarding the product, marketing and sales initiatives, in addition to successfully executing country-wide operations, budget, and financial management, human resource management, and sales strategies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities - Include, but are not limited to:

• Create, communicate, and implement the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction.
  
• Formulate and implement a strategic plan that guides the direction of the business.
  
• Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team.
  

· Be responsible for all communication and operations activities of the organization, including top-to-bottom profit-and-loss management.

· Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.

· Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.

· Understand the general market conditions, target customers, and competitive landscape in detail.

· Ultimate HR, finance, and tax responsibility - and set overall expectations for the organization.

· Excellent Leadership, Analytical, and Interpersonal skills.

· Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

· Problem-solving skills.

· Ability to operate autonomously and drive operational and financial results.

Minimum requirements

· BA or Masters in Management, Business or any related field.

· 10+ years experience as a CEO / similar leadership role.

· Retail Industry experience.

· Fluency in English and Arabic.
