JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work at Panasonic Service Center
- In charge of home electric appliances such as: MWO, rice cooker, water purifier, fan, pump...
- Providing technical support/training of the above electric appliances for market
- Manage and control product quality of the above electric appliances
- Willing to be assigned related job if requested
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- College graduation or above in the field of electronics or industry electricity or electric equipments
- From 1 year of experience in customer service field is high priority
- Knowledgeable in electronic and home appliances
- Good computer skills, good attitude and manner
- Good command of English and communication skills
- Good at English
