Key Responsibilities
- System Management: Maintain and manage the day-to-day operations of CCTV systems associated with iGaming facilities to ensure continuous protection and compliance.
- Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyse footage to identify any security breaches, irregularities, or suspicious activities, providing immediate response when necessary.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to CCTV equipment and software promptly to minimise downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the security and IT teams to ensure a cohesive approach to security monitoring and reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience with CCTV systems, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with iGaming operations and regulatory requirements for security and surveillance.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and address security concerns.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively convey findings and collaborate with teams.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with rotating shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
