Job Summary:

A Carpenter is responsible for performing skilled carpentry work to maintain, repair, and enhance building structures, fixtures, and finishes. This role includes constructing and repairing structures made of wood, drywall, and other materials, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. The Carpenter will complete tasks such as framing, drywall installation, wood trim repair, surface preparation, and painting, while maintaining a clean and organized work area. The Carpenter also assists with general building maintenance, including minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tasks when needed. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to respond to repair requests efficiently are essential. Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Carpentry experience in construction, repair, and finishing.
• Ability to learn and apply general building maintenance skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
