Weโre currently recruiting full-time and part-time Care Assistants to join our dedicated team supporting service users across Bedfordshire and the surrounding areas.

๐ท Pay & Benefits
๐ฐ Weekdays (Mon-Fri): ยฃ13.40 per hour
๐ฐ Saturdays: ยฃ14.00 per hour
๐ฐ Sundays: ยฃ14.00 per hour
๐ Mileage allowance: ยฃ0.30p per mile

Our services run 7 days a week, offering flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle:
๐ Day Shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM โ 2:00/3:00 PM
๐ Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM โ 9:00 PM
๐ Sleep-in/Waking nights Shifts: 9:00 PM โ 7:00 AM

Job Description
๐ What Youโll Be Doing
As a Care Professional, youโll provide essential care and support in the homes of our clients, following personalised care plans that put dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.
Youโll help with:
- Supporting with personal care โ bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
- Assisting with medication โ preparation and administration
- Helping with mobility and using aids/equipment safely
- Preparing meals/snacks and offering mealtime support
- Carrying out light domestic duties โ laundry, making beds, light cleaning
- Offering companionship and building meaningful relationships
๐ What Else Youโll Help With
- ๐ค Companionship โ conversations, activities, outings
- ๐ Medication Management โ collecting prescriptions, reminders, safe administration
- ๐ฒ Nutrition & Mealtimes โ cooking nutritious meals, considering dietary needs
- ๐ก Housekeeping โ light cleaning, laundry, tidying
- ๐ถ Mobility Assistance โ transfers, walking support, use of aids
- ๐ Health Monitoring โ observing and reporting changes in condition
- ๐ Social Inclusion โ helping maintain community and family connections
- ๐ฌ Emotional Support โ empathy, reassurance, and a listening ear
- ๐ Documentation โ accurate record keeping
- ๐ก๏ธ Safety & Emergency Response โ creating safe environments, acting quickly when needed
- ๐ค Collaboration โ working closely with colleagues, professionals, and families
Qualifications
๐ฆธ What Youโll Need (Besides a Cape & Superpowers!)
Experience isnโt essential โ weโll provide full training. What matters is your compassion, resilience, and eagerness to learn.
- ๐ Compassion and respect for others

- ๐งฉ Problem-solving abilities
- โ The right to work in the UK
- ๐ A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (especially in rural areas โ think Road Runner with kindness!)
