An exceptional secondary school located in the heart of Westminster is seeking to appoint a talented and dynamicBusiness Teacherfor a permanent position starting this September. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and high-achieving department, teaching Business Studies across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (including BTEC and/or A-Level specifications). Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5, delivering engaging lessons that cover enterprise, marketing, finance, and human resource models.

  • Prepare students thoroughly for external examinations across GCSE, A-Level, and vocational pathways (BTEC).

  • Plan, resource, and execute highly structured lessons that cater to a diverse range of student learning styles and abilities.

  • Collaborate with department colleagues to enrich the business curriculum with real-world corporate case studies and enterprise initiatives.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)or a recognized equivalent UK teaching qualification.

  • A relevant undergraduate degree in Business Studies, Management, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • Experience delivering the UK Business curriculum at secondary or sixth-form level.

  • A strong commitment to student progress, inclusive practice, and high standards of classroom management.

  • Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to process a new one).
