Your responsibilities Respond to customers’ and companies’ inquiries using all available channels Build and maintain best practices and enable customers to solve their own issues Answer incoming queries from customers and colleagues acting as a 2nd line support Manage practical routines in relations to Shopbox own accounting and office maintenance Preparation of monthly revenue reports Simple Finance Controlling Your profile A minimum of 2 years experience with support in a similar type of company Quick learner and naturally curious about how you can help out A high energy level and ability to “smile” through the phone A good understanding of retail and point-of-sale Energetic and proactive, thorough and detail oriented. Like working with numbers and analytics A professional level of skills in the MS office tools mainly Excel Preferably your studies have included some level of economics and/or finance Excellent writing and communication skills Native Danish level and excellent English skills Don’t like having “tickets” in a queue.
