- Design and improve global processes and workflows; identify bottlenecks and develop practical solutions together with the relevant teams
- Create clear process documentation, standards, and instructions that support compliant and consistent ways of working
- Support process improvement activities using Lean and Six Sigma methods; track KPIs and prepare easy-to-understand reports
- Work with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and central departments to align processes with business goals and compliance needs
- Prepare and deliver trainings that help colleagues understand and apply new processes in daily work
