Participate in the full development lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenancePartner with stakeholders across the organisation to carry out business process re-engineering initiativesRun workshops and one-on-one sessions with process owners and end-users to gain a comprehensive understanding of existing workflowsPinpoint inefficiencies, duplications, and bottlenecks, then recommend streamlined future-state processesCapture re-engineered processes in clear documentation and coordinate with relevant stakeholders so solutions are delivered to specificationContribute to change management by producing training assets such as user guides, quick reference materials, and e-learning content, and running training sessions tailored to various user groupsCollaborate with stakeholders on solution design, converting agreed process requirements into functional automation builds and websites using M365 suite, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power AutomateCarry out testing alongside stakeholders to confirm all requirements are met, and resolve any defects or bugs uncoveredSustain and enhance deployed solutions on platforms such as Optical and ISOMER, ensuring robustness and offering technical support during transition to operationsTake on any additional duties that may be assigned from time to timeRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related disciplineMinimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, and software developmentHands-on exposure to automation tools such as M365 suite (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate) or scripting languages; proficiency in web development technologies and Whole-of-Government web hosting environments (e.g. Optical, ISOMER); familiarity with Government IM on Procurement and the government ICT landscape; exposure to IT risk assessment and compliance activitiesSolid grasp of the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment phasesStrong stakeholder management skills balancing analytical and people aspects, ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, collaborative cross-functional team player, and self-motivatedClarence KhohR1552376
