Join us to help scale our impact on better sleep for all.Role Overview: We're hiring a Business Operations Manager to power the next phase Daybreak’s growth. This role blends financial modeling, business strategy, and analytics leadership to support decision-making at scale.You'll serve as a strategic partner to leadership, owning forecasting, performance insights, and analytics infrastructure while driving cross-functional execution. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems, and translate data into action.In this role, you will:Develop & maintain financial models to forecast financial impact of new strategies, opportunities, and risks and measure actual performance against forecasts.Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities, performance risks, and capital allocation tradeoffs.Build and evolve analytics infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting that create durable visibility into performance.Apply structured problem-solving frameworks to ambiguous business challenges from hypothesis through execution and monitoring.Navigate and manipulate data across systems, leveraging SQL familiarity, R/Python, and AI-enabled workflows to extract insights.Translate complex financial and analytical outputs into clear, executive-ready recommendations.Independently lead initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversightWe're looking for someone who has:5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, Business Operations, or analyticsStrong financial modeling skills and sharp business judgmentComfort navigating data and extracting insights; Expertise with SQL, with R and/or Python knowledge preferredExperience building models and reporting infrastructure that support strategic decision-makingHigh Excel proficiency and executive presentation developmentExceptional thought partnership skills, able to own direct relationships with stakeholders and build credibility through clarity and judgmentand who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environmentsApproach to the role:You think like an owner.
