The team ensures data consistency, system hygiene, compliance with internal controls, and timely reporting across multiple business processes.

You will join our Pharmaceutical business and gain exposure to business operations, data governance, reporting, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

As part of the Global Medical Safety (GMS) organisation, this role also provides visibility into several pharmacovigilance‑adjacent activities, including data quality processes, safety‑related reporting, and interactions with global safety systems. • Act as a point of contact for data‑related queries and support updates to key data attributes (e.g., cities, states)
  • Support periodic access governance cycles, including role‑based access reviews and ad hoc access‑change requests
  • Review, prepare, and manage annual access files, including role sorting, identifying relevant approvers, and communicating outcomes
  • Coordinate and process bulk onboarding requests, including submission of system access requests and related support items
  • Participate in training reconciliation activities, including data review and stakeholder follow‑ups
  • Manage and process SharePoint and shared‑drive access requests, ensuring appropriate governance of shared content
  • Prepare and deliver recurring operational reports, including LMS vendor staff reporting and product‑specific monthly volume reports
  • Support weekly “Out of Cycle” reporting by preparing files, liaising with vendors, and consolidating response comments
  • Perform PQC referral timeliness reporting, including vendor coordination and maintaining accurate summary files
  • Prepare SUSAR notification reports, consolidate feedback, determine scoring categories, and liaise with business stakeholders
  • Conduct quarterly analytics activities, including QLIK data pulls, trend analysis, and updating PowerPoint summaries
  • Contribute to workflow trending analysis and associated reporting (where applicable)
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional global teams and contribute to onboarding, knowledge transfer, and student cohort engagement activities

Requirements of the role:

  • 2 years of degree-level study completed
  • A minimum of 2:1 achieved in first year of study
  • Preferred degrees: Data, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, STEM, or other relevant fields

Key skills and competencies:

  • Ability to manage, interpret, and reconcile data from multiple sources
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Business & Professional Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload independently
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams globally
  • Adaptable and flexible team player
