As one of the first touchpoints for prospective customers, you'll generate qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, build relationships with HR and Talent leaders, and create opportunities that drive revenue.You'll work closely with Account Executives and GTM leadership to break into target accounts using email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative outbound strategies. If you're competitive, coachable, and motivated by winning, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while accelerating your career at one of the fastest-growing AI companies in HR tech.Skills & Qualification2–3 years of BDR, SDR, or sales experience with a proven track record of generating qualified pipelinePrior staffing, agency recruiting, or recruitment technology sales experience is highly desirableProven ability to generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedInExperience building and executing multi-threaded outbound strategies to engage multiple stakeholders within target accountsStrong research and account planning skills with the ability to personalize messaging and identify high-value opportunitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a bias toward action, ownership, and executionCreative problem solver who isn't afraid to hustle, test new approaches, and think outside the box to book meetingsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindsetExperience with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar platformsCoachable, resilient, highly organized, and motivated by exceeding pipeline and meeting goalsPassion for HR tech, recruiting technology, AI, or B2B SaaS is a plusResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedInBuild and execute multi-threaded outreach strategies that engage decision-makers across target accountsResearch target companies and prospects to create highly personalized outbound campaignsPartner closely with Account Executives and GTM leadership to develop account strategies and maximize pipeline generationMaintain accurate activity, account notes, and opportunity data in HubSpot and other sales engagement toolsContinuously experiment with messaging, sequencing, and prospecting strategies to improve conversion and meeting ratesStay current on HR tech, recruiting trends, AI, and competitive market insights to strengthen outreachConsistently meet and exceed activity, pipeline, and qualified opportunity targets while contributing to a high-performance sales cultureApply for this positionAutofill from resumeSave time by uploading your resume.
