About this role Responsible for translating Credit Risk and Lending business requirements into nCino solutions. Key activities include requirement analysis, solution design, user story creation, backlog refinement, stakeholder management, functional testing, sprint demos, and supporting implementation of credit risk processes, ratings, and regulatory changes within the nCino platform Successfully delivered and continuously improved nCino credit risk capabilities by translating business requirements into implemented solutions, ensuring stakeholder alignment, high-quality delivery, and adoption of new lending and risk processes. Responsibilities ⬡ Analyse business requirements in depth. ⬡ Understand requirements related to ECB/regulatory/compliance. ⬡ Translate these requirements into user stories. ⬡ Work closely with IT/DevOps teams to implement these user stories. ⬡ Interact with a wide range of stakeholders across the bank. ⬡ Take ownership of their specific area of responsibility. ⬡ Act as a kind of proxy Product Owner within their specific domain, while the formal prioritisation remains with the Product Owner.
