We are looking for a motivatedBrand Manager Internto join theNestlé Food division, working onGarden Gourmetfor theBenelux market.

Garden Gourmet is one of Nestlé’s keyplant-based brands, offering a wide range of delicious and innovative meat-free products designed to meet the growing demand for flexitarian and vegetarian lifestyles. From product innovation to brand activation, Garden Gourmet plays at the intersection offood, sustainability, and consumer trends.

You will contribute to bothstrategic projectsandday-to-day execution. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full brand management scope, frominnovation and renovation, packaging and communication, to tastings, events, and digital activation. This role offers atrue 360° marketing experience, with strong cross-functional collaboration (sales, supply chain, agencies, data teams) and visible impact on products that consumers find on shelf.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as akey partner to the Food Brand Managerin the innovation and renovation pipeline for Garden Gourmet, ensuring flawless execution through strong project management, factory coordination, interaction with zone stakeholders, and clear communication with internal support functions
  • Actively contribute to new product development, including tastings of innovations and competitor products, competitive analyses, and follow-up on development milestones
  • Gain a strong understanding of thecategory, competitive landscape, and target consumers, and translate insights into brand strategy using tools such asNielsen and Power BI
  • Coordinate and communicate brand and product priorities with Field Sales, Account Managers, Supply Chain, and Master Data teams
  • Provideday-to-day operational support, including code creation in collaboration with the Data team and logistics such as sending product packages
  • Manageartwork changesin collaboration with the media agency and take ownership of theproduct bibleto ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Contribute tocreative developmentby creating visuals and materials to support the Field Sales team (one-pagers, assortment sheets, etc.)
  • Supportbrand activation initiatives, including follow-up on the Garden GourmetFoodtruckoutings (events, samplings, gatherings) and helping expand its impact and visibility
  • Take part inonline communication, managing social media channels (Facebook & Instagram), updating the website, developing banners and social posts, and contributing to newsletters for the Garden Gourmet community

What will make you successful?  

  • You are Fluent inEnglishandFrench(Dutch is a plus!)
  • You have obtained or are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • You areproactive,independent,team player,quick learnerand able to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • You arecreative,agileandsolution-driven
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office with skills onExcel
  • You have goodanalyticalskills (Nielsen/Power BI is a plus) 
  • A previous experience in product/brand management is a plus
