Blade Quality Engineer

Job Summary:Responsible for the quality management of production process, including the process tracking, quality problem solving, root cause analysis, the implementation of corrective and preventive actionsKey Responsibilities:Knowledge in WTG components, especially nacelle and hubFast learner & Data analysisProficient in reading engineering documents, drawings & technical specificationsKnowledge of certifications & requirementsCapable of conducting root cause analysisStrong documentation & reporting skillsAttention to detail problem solving skillsUnderstanding of technical processesAbility to work in a short time in new conditionsThe ability to plan work tasks and assign them to other peopleAbility to work with people, stress tolerance RequirementsFamiliar with the wind blade and ISO9001 quality system knowledgeUnderstand and can use quality management for seven tools, five methods. & Can communicate with English, can understand and reply email in English.Proficient in words, excel, power point software for office use word, excel, PPTBachelor’s degree in mechanical, process engineering, Industrial or quality engineeringMinimum 5+ years of experience in Blade quality assurance, production foreman, quality inspector
