Team Overview

The Blackstone Alumni Coordinator will help cultivate a thriving, mission-aligned network of top-tier Christian attorneys. Along with the Blackstone Alumni Team and the Director of Blackstone Alumni, you will help run a robust, worldwide alumni network with intentionality. You will provide high-level administrative and operational support, manage sensitive communications, and help execute strategic initiatives that grow and strengthen the alumni community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the alumni network through data entry, reporting, and communications that engage a national network of top-tier Christian attorneys — including outreach as Fellows are commissioned as ADF Allied Attorneys.
  • Celebrate milestones by sending timely, thoughtful birthday, wedding, and life milestone acknowledgments to Fellows, tracking details in the internal database.
  • Advance strategic connections by facilitating relationships between Fellows, Interns, and affinity groups by law firm, region, or interest area.
  • Operate with discretion and integrity, handling confidential information with care and professionalism to support the high-trust internal rhythm of the Blackstone Alumni Team.
  • Anchor team operations by managing calendars and meeting logistics, preparing agendas, capturing action items, and supporting the Director of Alumni with special projects as needed.
  • Keep the team running by serving as its operational backbone — document prep, mailings, shipping, file organization, presentation materials, purchase orders, and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
