Black & Grey HR is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler (Architecture) for a leading construction company in Dubai, UAE. The role involves developing and coordinating architectural BIM models in line with project drawings, specifications, local authority requirements, and company BIM standards.Key Responsibilities- Prepare and develop detailed architectural BIM models using Revit and other BIM software.- Produce architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, specifications, and authority regulations.- Update and maintain BIM models throughout project stages.- Participate in BIM coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.- Assist BIM Coordinators and project teams with model reviews and design coordination.- Maintain accurate model data, templates, and libraries.- Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and project documentation.- Support quantity take-offs and extraction of project-related information from BIM models.Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler (Architecture) in construction or engineering projects.- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.- Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes.- Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects is preferred.- Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction methodologies.- Strong communication and coordination skills.- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.Benefits- Attractive Salary & Benefits
