Allied Universal is seeking a Billing Analyst for a Helathcare client located in Woonsocket, Rhode IslandPosition Is: Full Time - Position is not remote and requires employee to be in officePay Rate: $28.16 / hourRequisition Job DescriptionThis position will be reporting to the Finance Manager for retail expenses and will be directly supporting the Enterprise Security Department.Primary Areas of Responsibility:Review invoices for accurate data submissions and rate validations from multiple vendors on a daily basisProcess all assigned invoices accurately, efficiently and timely Assist in monthly closings by preparing accruals in a timely manner to our Finance partners for review and processingSubmit business requests (contract, purchase orders, vendor creations etc.) for new engagementsSubmit requests for check voids and payment voucher cancellations as neededIdentify and research monthly variances to budget or forecastPartner directly with the finance team on goals and initiativesRequired Qualifications:At least 1 year of professional work experience in a fast-paced, high-volume data-entry office setting with an inquisitive mind set looking to learn and grow with the teamDemonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailProactive approach to problem solving and proven ability to prioritize competing demands from within the enterpriseAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Ability to manipulate data and use basic functions in ExcelAbility to communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally both verbally and in writing in order to establish effective working relationshipsIdeal candidate will possess a sense of urgency with a proven ability to respond to and resolve issues in a timely and efficient mannerPreferred Qualifications:Experience with SAP and AribaEducation:High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business is preferred.
