Bilingual Japanese Global Mobility Manager
Job description
An international financial services firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a bilingual Japanese-English Global Mobility Manager to oversee international assignments and global mobility operations.
Responsibilities
Manage international assignments, including immigration, relocation, payroll, benefits, and tax compliance.
Coordinate with HR teams in the U.S. and Japan, senior management, employees, and external service providers.
Review and improve global mobility policies, procedures, and processes.
Oversee and develop the U.S. Global Mobility team.
Partner with Legal and other departments on immigration policies and compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
7–10 years of experience in HR and/or Global Mobility.
Advanced Japanese and English communication skills.
Experience with HRIS, payroll, accounting, and tax-related matters.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle confidential information and work effectively across cultures and time zones.
