In this role, you’ll serve as a key resource for employees navigating benefit programs, ensuring they receive clear, accurate, and timely information. You’ll support the administration of multiple benefit plans, assist with annual enrollment, and help deliver a positive employee experience and ensuring that employees feel informed of their benefits.

Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions, providing clear and empathetic guidance

Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations in vendor systems

QualificationsMust be bilingual2–4 years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR roleStrong understanding of health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and relevant regulations (HIPAA, ACA, FMLA)Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear, friendly wayHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionCustomer‑service mindset and a collaborative approach Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with leave management systems Why Work for Pilgrim’s?
