Brief description of the position:

This position holds the full responsibility of Global Assignment policy & guideline implementation for all consolidated entities and JVs. Develop the Region China assignment concept include Outbound, Domestic assignment and Group transfer. Design the regulation and guideline for Local Hired Foreigners. Responsible for steering regional HR regulation, guideline and templates.

Key Tasks:

  1. Active member of global working group as well as Global Mobility Standards editorial team to ensure China interests reflected in policy changes
  2. Region China Representative in the Global mobility Steering Committee to discuss and approve related approaches with China perspective
  3. Steer the local adaption of the global mobility policies in Region China and define the domestic mobility policies for controlled entities in China
  4. Develop and govern the regional implementation standard and harmonize towards a regional common approach
  5. Responsible for mobility policy communication with all group entities in Region China and provide necessary training and policy consultation
  6. Guide and monitor the implementation of the standard policy as well as the regional approach concept in all group entities in China
  7. Regional mobility concept design include secondment, relocation and group transfer and migration.
  8. Define and harmonize the Region China concept for Partner Support Program (PSP) for all China inbound and outbound assignees
  9. Steer and define the related HR policy and guideline for the Local Hired Foreigner (LHF) and reshape the personal strategy according to company development
  10. Overall responsible for consistent HR policies include concrete design employee handbook, guidelines etc., work together with respective policy owner.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

  • Education: Bachelor above, preferable in HR area
  • Working experience: 5 years working experience in HR, Min 2 years experience in HR Policy and Program design. Preferred familiar with global or domestic assignment concept.
  • Knowledge, skills and others:
    • Financial management knowledge and experience
    • Project management skills necessary
    • Strong communication, problem solving and organization skill
    • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
