Location:Gloucester (Central location with local bus links)
Salary:£25,000 – £28,500 (dependent on experience)
Contract:Permanent, Term-time only
Hours:08:30 – 16:00
Detailed Responsibilities
Individual Support Plans (ISPs):Assisting in the creation and implementation of behavior plans, ensuring all teachers are aware of a student’s specific needs and strategies.
Transition Support:Helping Year 6 students with behavioral needs settle into the secondary environment during the crucial first term.
Career Mentoring:Helping older students see the link between their behavior in school and their future career or college prospects.
Peer Mediation:Training older students to act as peer mentors to younger pupils, fostering a whole-school culture of responsibility.
