What You’ll Be Doing

  • Mixing cocktails, pouring beers and serving premium beverages.

  • Delivering genuine, friendly service that keeps guests coming back.

  • Looking after your section and creating a fun atmosphere.

  • Keeping the bar and venue clean, organised and service ready.

  • Working across both the bar and floor as required.

This is important: At Terrigal Beach House, everyone does everything. Your roster may include bar shifts, floor shifts or a mix of both. You’ll be just as happy serving cocktails behind the bar as you are taking food orders, running meals, clearing tables, chatting with guests or helping a teammate during a busy service. If you’re someone who enjoys variety and being part of a team, you’ll fit right in.

What We Like to see

  • Previous hospitality experience (bartending experience highly regarded).

  • A current NSW RSA.

Employment is in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 (HIGA), with all applicable Fair Work entitlements, including penalty rates, allowances, superannuation and other applicable benefits.
