What You\u2019ll Be Working On\u00A0
Administer regional benefits programmes:\u00A0Deliver day-to-day administration for health, wellbeing, retirement, insurance, leave and other employee benefit programmes across assigned countries or markets.\u00A0
Manage enrolment and employee changes:\u00A0Process benefit enrolments, life event changes, eligibility updates, employee\u00A0contributions\u00A0and data submissions in partnership with HR Operations,\u00A0Payroll\u00A0and external providers.\u00A0
Resolve employee and HR enquiries:\u00A0Serve as a point of contact for benefits questions,\u00A0providing\u00A0clear guidance to employees, managers and HR partners and escalating complex or sensitive matters where needed.\u00A0
Coordinate vendors and brokers:\u00A0Work with benefit providers,\u00A0brokers\u00A0and internal stakeholders to resolve service issues, track deliverables, support renewals and\u00A0maintain\u00A0reliable service delivery.\u00A0
Maintain compliance and governance:\u00A0Keep\u00A0accurate\u00A0records, support audits,\u00A0monitor\u00A0local statutory and regulatory requirements, and help ensure plans are administered in line with company policy and regional obligations.\u00A0
Support communications and continuous improvement:\u00A0Contribute to employee communications, open enrolment activities, reporting and process improvements that increase benefits awareness,\u00A0engagement\u00A0and operational effectiveness.\u00A0
What You Bring to the Role\u00A0
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience\u00A0
5+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a similar support role\u00A0
Experience supporting APAC benefits programs or working in a multi-country environment strongly preferred (Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, and India)\u00A0
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management\u00A0
Customer-first mindset with a strong commitment to delivering excellent employee support\u00A0
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in a fast-paced, global environment\u00A0
Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information simply\u00A0
