Job description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development of content and training strategies that allow the continuous updating and consolidation of the educational offer through the promotion of the financial and economic culture between the different segments of the population.
- Coordinate the design and implementation of the educational strategies of the area for the promotion of the financial and economic culture.
- Coordinate the detection of needs, the design and implementation, as well as the social and educational approach to update and innovate the educational offer, according to the different segments of the population.
- Design and actuate the strategies and methodologies of classroom training, direct and in cascade to ensure the development of financial and economic skills in children, young people and adults, business people, entrepreneurs and organizations of civil society, in favor of their welfare.
- Design and/or validation of the content for materials, training and channels of knowledge offers to contribute to personal welfare, family and community.
- Design and consolidate models of intervention toward: children, young people, adults, entrepreneurs and business, collaborators and clients
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- Min 2-5 years of relevant experience
Education:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

El Coordinador de Donativos y Gobierno Corporativo en el área de Compromiso Social, será responsable de:
Elaborar presentaciones ejecutivas para órganos colegiados de los Fomentos
Integrar bases de datos de información para el debido seguimiento y análisis
Generar reportes de avance y elaboración de minutas ejecutivas
Trabajar con las organizaciones aliadas externas para realizar los procesos de debida diligencia, comprobación de donativos y seguimiento de avances de los proyectos apoyados
Actualizar manuales, procedimientos y procesos del área
Gestión de trámites para el debido cumplimiento de los estatutos de los Fomentos
Revisión de expedientes de las donatarias que solicitan donativos (revisión de acta constitutiva, poderes, estatutos, integración de consejo, etc)
Manejo de calendarios dinámicos
Integración de calendario maestros de órganos colegiados
Coordinación de convocatorias (de preferencia de temas filantrópicos)
Requisitos:
Escolaridad: Licenciatura en derecho, administración o carreras afines (Titulado).
Experiencia de 2 años a 5 años
Conocimiento de causas sociales y culturales y responsabilidad social.
Necesario Inglés intermedio
Manejo de Office (presentaciones ejecutivas y excel avanzado), preferentemente Thinkcell y uso de Copilot
Habilidades: Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas, servicio/experiencia con el cliente, seguimiento puntual y detallado de actividades, atención al detalle, revisión de textos, gestión de presupuesto, pensamiento estratégico y comunicación asertiva.
NOTA: Necesario radicar en CDMX , ya que la vacantes estará en dicha ubicación.
