AV Program Manager, Digital

Work with AV Service Delivery Managers, IT Managers, AV Engineers, Real Estate teams, and local Facility Managers to deliver planned AV projects. Vendor Management - Coordinate regional suppliers, review key performance indicators across services, and address service-health issues to support established service and operational targets. Escalation Management - Serve as the regional point of contact for accountability and escalations related to AV portfolio deployments. Work with AV Service Delivery Managers to align end-user expectations and identify opportunities to improve the technology experience. Embody our culture and values. Master's Degree Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering) AND 3+ years information technology (IT) operations, technical support, customer service solutions/delivery, or service management OR Bachelor's Degree Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering) AND 4+ years information technology (IT) operations, technical support, customer service solutions/delivery, or service management Master's Degree Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering) AND 6+ years information technology (IT) operations, technical support, customer service solutions/delivery, or service management OR Bachelor's Degree Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering) AND 8+ years information technology (IT) operations, technical support, customer service solutions/delivery, or service management OR equivalent experience.
