You turn complex borrower scenarios into structured, policy-aligned deals that lenders can say yes to — faster.From credit assessment to submission strategy, you operate with precision, confidence, and minimal supervision. If accuracy is your standard and efficiency is your edge, this is where your expertise gets to perform.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and validate loan application documents.Draft Preliminary Credit Assessments (PCA).Complete servicing calculations and borrowing capacity analysis.Assess lender policy fit and identify risks.Submit applications via lender platforms (e.g., Flex, ApplyOnline).Manage BID, VOI, Credit Guide, and NCCP compliance.Track applications and coordinate MIR responses.Order valuations and manage lender communication.Maintain accurate CRM updates (e.g., Broker Engine).Conduct refinance and equity release analysis.Perform pre- and post-submission QA checks.RequirementsRequired Qualifications (Must-Have):Minimum 2+ years of current Australian mortgage processing experience.Currently employed in an AU mortgage role.End-to-end loan processing experience.Experience working with Australian lenders (CBA, ANZ, Westpac, NAB, Macquarie, non-banks).Strong knowledge of NCCP, BID, VOI, and compliance requirements.Proven high first-time-right submission rate.Ability to manage loan applications from start to finish independently.Preferred Qualifications:Experience using AFG aggregator.Experience with Flex, ApplyOnline (AOL), and Broker Engine.Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking.Experience handling property investor scenarios.Exposure to HubSpot CRM.Why Join PeoplePartnersThis is more than just a role — it’s a smart career move.
