- Create and administer Channel Programs, ensuring promotions are properly documented, approved, and communicated to customers.\u00A0\u00A0
- Drive timely resolution of outstanding issues by proactively following up with internal teams, customers, and headquarters to remove roadblocks and keep cases moving forward.\u00A0\u00A0
