Assistant Merchandiser Development
(Based at Bodywear - Ratmalana)

Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining MAS Intimates as an Assistant – Merchandiser Development based at Ratmalana. Work in collaboration with Merchandisers and cross functional teams to Support the merchandising and supply chain process to ensure production process occurs as per agreed timelines, by negotiating, coordinating with internal / external stakeholders and final buyer to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and garments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track and update daily sample input and output records, ensuring each operator's achievements are accurately monitored.
- Produce detailed downtime reports and regularly update them to support informed management decisions.
- Generate precise weekly re-cut and downtime reports to maintain accuracy in operator performance evaluations.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the role.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge on SAP, Product Development, styles and samples
- Pursuing or Completed Diploma and currently in 2nd year or 3rd year Undergraduates following in Marketing, Textile or Business Management (Qualification in Merchandising or related is preferred).
- Prior knowledge in Bulk order execution work experience is highly advantageous.
- Basics Math knowledge and good computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Average fluency in English and e-mail correspondence
- Great team player, adaptable and flexible
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
