About the role

The position oversees and supervises the production activities and staff at health care factory, He directly reports into the Production Manager, who reports to the Factory Manager.

Your responsibilities

• To ensure that products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality;
• To approve the instructions relating to production operations including the in-process controls, and to ensure their strict implementation;
• To ensure that the production records re evaluated and signed by a designated person before they are made available to the quality control department;
• To check the maintenance of the department, premises, and equipment;
• To ensure that the appropriate process validations and calibrations of control equipment are performed and recorded and the reports made available;
• To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of production personnel is carried out and adapted according to need.
• To focus on overall management and control of Pharma products of Health Care facility.
• To Define, propose, and implement the annual production.
• Cost management of products and assist with new product costings models.
• To Analyse budgets and continuously control production costs and identify/rectify waste measures.
• To Manage all activities within the production process, including maintenance and the workforce.
• Handle logistics, warehousing and stock of raw materials used in production.

The experience we're looking for

• B. Pharm or M. Pharm or Pharm-D with at least 3 years of experience on the Production Lines preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Technical skills on processing and manufacturing
• Good communication and Inter / Intrapersonal skills for effective cross discipline links within or outside the organization (local / region / regulators)
• Highly motivated and confident. Organized and able to deliver concise written or oral summaries to middle management.
