Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Assistant Facility Manager to support the Facility Manager in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of a leading beach resort in Lekki-Ajah. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining guest comfort, facility functionality, and operational excellence across all resort infrastructure, amenities, and services. This role involves assisting with maintenance projects, coordinating with internal departments such as housekeeping and engineering, managing vendor relationships, enforcing safety protocols, and supporting budget and project management to enhance the overall guest experience.
